The results of the Xperience program are out!
This year, the Xperience program has three projects from Dr Mariana Pinto da Costa, Dr Catarina Henriques, and DPhil Candidate Joana Ferreira.
These projects' subjects are in psychology and health science from King's College London, University of Sheffield, and Universidade of Oxford.
"Volunteering in mental health" and "How and why does our brain age? Using zebrafish as a model to decipher the interplay between senescence and inflammation in the ageing brain and the potential role of telomerase" start on 1 June.
"Determining the role of Pex30-like proteins in the formation of membrane contact site between endoplasmic reticulum and peroxisome" starts on 4 July.
The opening call for Project applications started on 18 February and ended on 8 March 2022.
